Payment Information
Due to the amount of no call, no shows, ALL NEW CLIENTS must book online and pay up front. No exceptions. If there is no card information on file, your appointment will be canceled. After your third appointment with me, you are no longer considered new and can pay after your appointment using cash, venmo or you can continue to use your card on file.
How to add a credit/debit card
After you click on BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, it will take you to my square site. On the top right corner, it says login. Click on it to create a login. There you can add card information. Please make sure you SAVE YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD to your profile so it can be charged. If there’s no card on file, your appointment will be canceled.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24hrs in advance or a cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fees are 50% percent of the service cost. If you do not show up to your appointment and do not call or text to let me know, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. So please let’s respect each other’s time. If you block me from charging your card, you will get one courtesy text. If you still don’t pay, you will be blocked from booking until it’s paid.
What to expect?
Please enter through the back door. If my suite door is closed with the do not disturb sign on, then please have a seat in the reception area until I open the door. If this is your first time booking, please arrive 5-10mins early to fill out an intake form that is located on the clipboard, hanging on the door. Please DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN 10mins prior to your service. This is not a full spa. Only one person is serviced at a time. Please no kids (unless getting serviced with parental consent) or extra guests. A mask is optional now. However, I will have a mask on at all times. Please place phones on vibrate and use your inside voice as there are other businesses inside.
Booking with a gift card or Groupon.
If you have an E-gift card, you still must enter a credit or debit card when booking. This holds the deposit or if you cancel outside of the policy, it will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Gift Cards can not be used as the cancellation fee. Please put in the notes that you are paying with a gift card and enter the card number in the notes section. The same goes for any Groupons. Look up the service you purchased and put the Groupon code in the notes. You still must enter a credit or debit card incase of cancellation. I do not have physical gift cards.
Parking
You May park on the side of the building and across the street. Please do not block anyone in or park side ways.
