‼️ ATTENTION ‼️ Please read before booking an appointment.
If this is your first time booking, please arrive 5-10mins early to fill out an intake form and have your temperature taken. A mask is required to enter the building but not required during your service. However, I will have a mask on at all times.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24hrs prior to your service or a fee of $20-$50 will be charged depending on the service. No call, no shows will be charged 50% of your service so please let’s respect each other’s time. If it’s an unavoidable emergency, please call me as soon as possible so I can get you rescheduled.
Relax and Revive is located inside Yoga Den Avondale. We are next to Edible Arrangements. Please enter thru the back door. The front is for Yoga Students and Instructors only. There will be a sign on the door that says Relax and Revive, come on in.
Please do not park in front of the back door, as those are not our parking spaces. You may park in the front, side or back. Just not in front of the doors.
